Organized at the initiative of the Social Democratic Mongolian Youth Federation, the conference was held from 13-20 October, 2026, and received more than 400 research papers across six main thematic areas. The conference aimed to connect research findings with public policy and decision-making processes and provide a platform for scholars, lecturers, researchers, and young people to exchange knowledge and experience.

N.Nomin’s research examined international legal frameworks related to cyberattacks and information security, as well as issues of multilateral cooperation. This achievement demonstrates the student’s ability to apply professional knowledge to academic research and present the findings at a national-level conference.
