The Minister of Justice and Home Affairs is currently implementing the "Rule of Law - Citizen Trust Reform." Within the framework of this initiative, the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs (MOJHA), in cooperation with its affiliated agencies, is launching a unified nationwide campaign today (July 27, 2026) across the nine districts of the capital city. The campaign is titled "Respect the Law – Uphold Responsibility" and focuses on public legal education and the resolution of petitions and complaints.
Today, July 27, 2026, the mobile office is operating in the Chingeltei, Sukhbaatar, and Bayanzurkh districts. Eleven agencies under the MOJHA are working together to provide government services, legal advice, and information to citizens in a one-stop-shop format. The University of Internal Affairs is participating by providing detailed information on how professional human resources for state military and law enforcement agencies are prepared and trained at all levels.
The mobile office service is notable for being open to every citizen, providing the opportunity to receive prompt and efficient government services in a single location. This activity will continue until August 24, 2026.
