�Both parties exchanged views on raising bilateral cooperation to a new level, organizing short- and long-term demand-driven training programs to enhance the professional knowledge and skills of Internal Troops personnel, involving officers in teacher-certification training, and strengthening human resource capacity at both professional and executive leadership levels. Furthermore, the sides expressed their positions on developing cooperation aimed at incrementally improving training environments and material infrastructure, introducing modern methods and technologies into educational activities, and increasing the effectiveness of practical exercises and specialized training.�Moving forward, the parties agreed to sustain cooperation by jointly organizing training programs, research projects, and academic conferences based on the human resource training and development needs of the Internal Troops, as well as exchanging experiences and increasing the overall quality and accessibility of education.
�This meeting proved to be of significant importance for strengthening the human resource capacity of the Internal Troops, refining the professional training system, and expanding cooperation between the University of Internal Affairs and the Internal Troops organization.
