On the occasion of the 32nd World Teachers’ Day, an “Author–Reader Meeting” was held on September 29, 2026, featuring the works of Doctor (Ph.D), Associate Professor, Police Colonel L.Bat-Ochir, Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology at the Police School.
Among the most-read publications in the University Library were “Criminal Law: General Part,” a textbook published by Doctor (Ph.D), Associate Professor, Police Colonel L.Bat-Ochir in 2020, and “Rules for Apprehending Offenders and Preventing Criminal Acts,” published in 2019.
The meeting was attended by Vice President and Director of the Department of Research and Innovation, Doctor (Ph.D), Police Colonel Ts. Azbayar, as well as professors, scholars, researchers, doctoral students, and students enrolled in the extramural program at the Police School.
The works of Doctor (Ph.D), Associate Professor, Police Colonel L. Bat-Ochir are particularly valuable for university and college lecturers and students of law, law enforcement officers, and researchers interested in criminal law, administrative offense law, the apprehension of offenders, and the prevention of criminal acts.
He has authored and published numerous books, textbooks, manuals, and academic and research works aimed at contributing to the education and professional development of law enforcement personnel and enhancing their professional knowledge and academic capacity.
